Cheryl Hines

Cheryl Ruth Hines was born on September 21 1965, in Miami Beach, Florida, to Rosemary (Graham) and James Hines, and was raised in Tallahassee, Florida. She attended West Virginia University, Florida State University and graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida. After studying theater and TV productions at Los Angeles, she realized that she was a comedian really knew only after she was a student at UCLA. Lisa Kudrow was her first tutor. Additionally, she learned to write and perform comedy sketches. It helped her get ready for her role as Larry David's wife on HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000).
